We are thrilled to announce partnerships with area Hotels! These hotels also offer shuttle service to and from LaCentre for the event.
Hotel Room Blocks Are Closed!
Both hotels DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland-Westlake and Westlake Courtyard Marriott had offered a discounted rate for our attendees, but these rooms ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE! You can try calling the hotel directly and asking if they have any rooms available. The block name "Ultimate New Years Eve." may still work, but is at the hotel's discretion.

(1) Shuttle will run roundtrip from the hotel to the venue according to the schedule below.
Shuttle from Hotel to Venue Pickup Times:
- 6:00 pm / 6:30 pm / 7:00 pm / 7:30 pm**
Shuttle from Venue to Hotel Pickup Times:
- 12:45 am / 1:15 am / 1:45 am**
DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland-Westlake:
(1) Shuttle will run roundtrip from the hotel to the venue according to the schedule below.
Shuttle from Hotel to Venue Pickup Times:
- 6:00 pm / 6:30 pm / 7:00 pm / 7:30 pm**
Shuttle from Venue to Hotel Pickup Times:
- 12:45 am / 1:15 am / 1:45 am**
** = Please note the last pickup times from the hotels and the venue will be the LAST chance to make it to the event and get a ride back to the hotel. No exceptions! Plan accordingly!
